Weekend Rates:

Cover for up to two nights from 4pm check in on the day of arrival and up to 10am check out on the day of departure.  Additional nights quoted on request.

Weekly Rates:

Cover for up to seven nights from 4pm check- in time on the day of arrival and 10am check out, but excluding the overlap of two weekends.  Rates for this can be quoted on request.

Arrival Times:

Arrival times are between 4pm and 6pm. Should you wish to check in outside of these times please arrange this directly with Carlingford Accommodation prior to the day of arrival.

Terms:

25% Deposit on Booking.

Balance to be received one week before arrival.

Up to €200.00 Security deposit per property.

Cancelations:

Booking deposits will only be refunded if a minimum of four weeks notice is received. Cancelations one week or less before your arrival date, when the full amount will have been paid is non refundable also, sorry strictly no exceptions. As we are unable to re-sell accommodation at such short notice.

Security Deposits:

To cover any loss, damage or additional cleaning incurred other than normal, to the apartments or contents by you or anyone you permit access to. This will be refunded  one week after departure.

Any additional costs over and above the amount of the security deposit paid is to be paid by you within 2 weeks of departure.

 Should you or any of your party lose a key a charge of €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.  This cost is to replace the lock, (not just the key), which must be done for security reasons.

Please note that if you are intending to use self tanning products we advise that you bring your own towels.  We are unable to clean tanning and some cosmetic products from our towels and bed linens therefore any towels or bed linens destroyed by tanning or cosmetic products will be charged for.  The cost will be 8 euro for a hand towel and 12 euro for a bath towel.

Personal Belongings:

Carlingford Accommodation is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. Any items left behind will be kept for a maximum of one month then discarded.

Pets:

Pets are welcome provided they are house trained and kept under control.

Capacity:

You must not exceed the maximum number of people quoted by us per property, for safety reasons, breach of this will transfer safety liability issues to you, which you agree to accept.

Noise:

Please be aware that this facility is in close proximity to local residence, including elderly and very young people and is therefore not suitable for groups engaged in "noisy" late night parties. Better to know this before you book as you WILL be asked to leave if ANY complaints are recieved by us.

Methods of Payment
Carlingford Accommodation accepts Euro cheques, all major credit cards (excluding American Express) or direct transfer into Carlingford Accommodation’s bank account.

Your Obligations
You and all members of your party agree to the following conditions:

• To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at departure to the reasonable satisfaction of Carlingford Accommodation;
• Not to exceed the total number of people agreed to in the booking form;
• To ensure that all kitchen and barbecue equipment (including, but not limited to, crockery, cutlery, and utensils) is washed and put away in cupboards provided;
• Not to smoke inside the property;
• Where telephone or internet access is available at the property, to pay for all charges incurred upon notification by Carlingford Accommodation.
